.so yea not so good lately. but tmrw im doing a MINIMUN 3 day liquid fast. i am aloud 250 cals of liquids a day. anyone can join that wants.
i resisted all this food in english today, so that was pretty much the only good thing. plus the work out. but w/e. im gonna do 50 crunches before bad. i know that's NOTHING. some of you do 1000. but i'll work my way up there. loveyou girls so much sorry for the short posts lately. <3333sienna
